  Welcome to J. R. Irvin Elementary! I am so excited and thankful to be starting my 27th year at the most amazing school in the entire world! As a school counselor, I do not do therapy, but listen to students’ concerns and work with their teachers and families to help them succeed. When needed, I can also provide a list of outside resources.

Each month, I teach guidance lessons during the enrichment classes. As needs arise, I also see students individually and in small groups to discuss topics such as self-confidence, friendship, anxiety, grief, and family changes.
