Irvin Family,

I am thrilled to welcome you to another exciting school year at Irvin Elementary School! Our dedicated team of educators is committed to creating a nurturing and engaging environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

At Irvin Elementary, we believe that every student is unique, with their own talents and potential. Our mission is to support each child in discovering and developing these strengths through a rich curriculum and innovative teaching. We strive to foster a love for learning that will last a lifetime. We continue to prioritize the integration of technology in our classrooms, empowering our students with the skills they need to succeed in the 21st century. Additionally, as a Capturing Kids' Hearts National Showcase School, our focus on character education will help build a strong foundation for our students' futures.

I invite you to be an active participant in your child’s education and our school community. There are many opportunities for you to volunteer and share your talents. Your involvement makes a significant difference in the success of our students and our school.

Thank you for your continued support and trust. Together, we can make this a remarkable year for our students.

Hello Irvin Family,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! I am so excited to begin another year at JR Irvin Elementary and honored to be returning for my sixth year as your Assistant Principal.

At JR Irvin, we truly believe that Good Things Happen Here, and I am looking forward to another year filled with learning, growth, and meaningful connections. Every new school year brings exciting opportunities for our students to discover their strengths, build confidence, and create lasting memories.

Parents, it takes a strong partnership between home and school to help our students become the very best they can be. Thank you for trusting us with your children each day. I am committed to working alongside you to ensure every student feels safe, supported, challenged, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Together, we can create an environment where every child is known, valued, and inspired to succeed.

Please know that my door is always open. Whether you have a question, concern, or simply want to celebrate your child's successes, I encourage you to reach out. I look forward to getting to know our new families and continuing to build relationships with those returning to our Irvin community.

Here's to an incredible 2026–2027 school year! I can't wait to see all the amazing things our students will accomplish. Let's make it our best year yet!
